(Ahlul Bayt News Agency) - An advisor to the Supreme Leader of Islamic Revolution praised Islam as a criterion for moderation and said maintaining Islamic Sharia is following temperate.Ayatollah Mohammad Ali Taskhiri, Advisor of the Supreme Leader in Muslim world affair, referred to the importance of moderation in Islam and quoted the holy Qur’an to call Islamic nation as the nation of temperate.“In fact moderation is the exemplary nature of Islam,” he said.President of the Supreme Council at the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought reiterated, “Once a person performs Islamic ethics and Sharia, in fact he is following moderation and if he exaggerates or ignores the principle then he is doomed to be sunk in extremism.”Iranian top scholar stressed, “If we intend to have a temperate and health Islamic society, then we have to follow Islamic laws because an Islamic society is the society of justice, responsibility and divine law.” /129
